Healthcare Job Details

• Location: Amarillo, TX 79106 (Texas healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Cath Lab
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (travel healthcare contract)
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 23, 2026
• Shift: Day shifts, 3x12-hour (08:00 - 18:00) or 4x10-hour shifts; start and end times are flexible as cases are scheduled between 8am and 7pm
• Call: Weeknights (7p-7a), Weekends (7a-7p) required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,090 - $2,140
• Employment Type: Travel Contract

Qualifications for CT / Rad Tech Jobs

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist, with recent Cath Lab experience
• Epic EMR experience within the last 6 months required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT (R), CCI RCIS
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates)
• Prior travel healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 holidays if needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures as a CT / Rad Tech
• Assist with cardiac implant closure devices, stent placements, and adult catheterizations
• Set up and operate specialized Cath Lab imaging equipment
• Maintain sterile field and perform scrub procedures
• Recognize and interpret life-threatening arrhythmias
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation for weeknights and weekends
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
