• Unit: 4T – 29-bed general surgical and orthopedic unit with medical overflow
• Assignment Type: Travel RN contract
• Start Date: November 19, 2025
• End Date: February 18, 2026
• Duration: 13-week nursing contract
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680-$1730
• EMR System: Meditech
• Scrubs: Royal blue/white (not provided)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• BCLS certification required
• Strong IV start skills
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Ability to manage high patient ratios and float to other hospital units
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)
• No background or licensure issues

RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on a busy 29-bed Medical/Surgical unit
• Perform IV starts and manage medical, surgical, and orthopedic cases, including overflow patients
• Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other units within the hospital as needed
• Comply with facility policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
