• Type of Equipment: Walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, etc.
• Documentation System: Meditech

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend Shifts: 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule
• Holiday Rotation: Yes
• Floating Policy: Staff may float to other units as needed

Patient Experience Requirements

• Patient Experience Target: 72% (utilizing communication boards)

Required Skills and Certifications

• RN License: Required
• Certifications: BLS
