• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours per Week: 36 (12-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Orientation: Up to 16 hours (unpaid)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,130 - $2,190

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; ER nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Room using the nursing process
• Assess patients upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician supervision
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation
• Promote patient safety and follow established ER protocols
• Support patients’ cultural, religious, and lifestyle needs
• Engage positively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
