- Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours per Week: 36 (12-hour shifts)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Orientation: Up to 16 hours (unpaid)
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,130 - $2,190
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; ER nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Room using the nursing process
- Assess patients upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation
- Promote patient safety and follow established ER protocols
- Support patients’ cultural, religious, and lifestyle needs
- Engage positively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
