• Day Shift:

  • 1 CNC

• Night Shift:

  • 1 CNC
  • 3 RNs
  • 3 LVNs
  • 3 PCTs

Required Qualifications

• Must Have:

  • BLS Certification
  • IV Certification for LVNs
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certification
• Preferred:

  • ACLS Certification

• Wound care
