• Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and holiday required

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Registered Nurse Certification
• Ability to pass a Telemetry exam during orientation (passing score: 80%)
• Completion of required pre-start and orientation modules
• Education verification required prior to start
• Flu vaccination (with allowed exemptions)

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced clinical procedures
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies
• Participate in ongoing education and orientation modules as required
• Provide coverage for every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
