• Location: Boston, MA 02115 – Premier destination for Massachusetts nursing jobs
• Setting: Pediatric Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
• Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/4/2026 – End: 4/5/2026)
• Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 07:00–19:30, Night: 19:00–07:30); 50/50 day/night rotation or straight nights; every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420
• Charting System: EPIC
• Parking: Discounted off-site parking with shuttle service; free parking for night shift

Pediatric RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience (PICU, MICU), including ventilator management
• Active, permanent Registered Nurse license (RN license required)
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Travel nursing experience in pediatric healthcare jobs
• Trauma Level I hospital experience
• Ability to float to CICU, MSICU, NICU, and PICU units
• Two professional references from two of the last three healthcare employers (must be different facilities)

Pediatric RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate pediatric nursing care in the MICU
• Manage ventilated patients and those with complex conditions (congenital heart disease, post-neurosurgery, trauma)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other critical care units (CICU, MSICU, NICU, PICU) as needed
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in weekend and rotating shifts as scheduled
