Number of Beds: 14 Beds
Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5
Unit Staffing Description: Unit Secretary and Charge Nurse out of staffing
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Floating Policy: Contract 1st to float

Required Certifications

Dress Code

Required Uniform: Scrubs

Awards/Recognition

Joint Commission Thrombectomy Certified
