Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Asheville, NC 28801
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2150-$2310
• Employment Type: Travel healthcare contract
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: March 16, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• On-Call: Every 7th weekend and one night secondary call during the week
• Open Positions: 3 Radiologic Technologist jobs
• Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate)
• Neurointerventional radiology experience preferred
• Vascular OR and Cath Lab experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong teamwork and flexibility skills

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with interventional radiology procedures: dialysis work (Permcaths, fistulagrams), neph tubes, arteriograms/embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases
• Assist with neurointerventional procedures: cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, vertebroplasties
• Operate advanced imaging equipment: GE single plane, Philips biplane, invasive CT scanner
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team including nurses and technologists
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner (Radnet) EMR system
• Deliver high-quality patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Float to VOR area as needed
