Travel RN Job Details – Cleveland, OH

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 (Ohio nursing jobs)
• Unit: G90 - Urology (Med/Surg Telemetry)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (travel nurse contract)
• Start Date: January 9, 2026
• End Date: April 10, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; rotation may be required)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 - $2,310

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments
• At least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (travel nurse experience accepted)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license (must be current at time of submission)
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (active, not pending)
• One supervisory reference in the specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director required)
• Ability to work every other holiday as required by hospital policy
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Background check and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to patient condition changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document care accurately
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Float to similar nursing units as needed to support hospital operations
