- Unit Systems: EPIC, Mac Lab
- Average Daily Caseload: 4 cases
Qualifications for CT / Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist
- Active New Hampshire State License (required prior to start)
- Certifications: ACLS, ARRT or RCIS (AHA or Red Cross only)
- Proficiency in scrub, balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, obtaining vitals, and rhythm interpretation
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Professional healthcare references required
Key Responsibilities in Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Assist with cardiac procedures, including elective and emergent PCI, pacemaker and ICD implants, IABP, Impella, and STEMI interventions
- Scrub in and maintain a sterile field during interventional cardiology and radiology procedures
- Monitor and interpret patient vitals and cardiac rhythms throughout procedures
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain cardiac imaging and monitoring equipment (EPIC, Mac Lab)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotation for cardiac emergencies
- Accurately document all procedures and patient information in the electronic health record (EHR)
