- Job Title: CT / Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab
- Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 (Midtown – walkable, vibrant, and full of amenities)
- Assignment Type: Travel, On-Site
- Start Date: January 5, 2026
- End Date: March 30, 2026
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Shift: Day, 4x10-hour shifts (07:30 - 18:00)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,320 - $2,380
- Patient Population: Adults – Geriatrics (Cath Lab focus)
- Weekend/Call: Minimum 1 weekend day per week and 1 full weekend every 5 weeks; rotating call (4 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks)
- Holiday Coverage: Must be available to work major holidays during assignment
Qualifications for CT / Radiologic Technologist Jobs
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or CT Technologist
- Active Georgia or Compact State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT (R), RCIS
- Proven hands-on experience with cardiac implant closure devices, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations, IABP placement/removal, dysrhythmia interpretation, left heart catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, rotabladder athrectomy, scrub procedures, equipment setup, recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, and sterile technique
- Proficiency with electronic medical record/charting systems
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements prior to start date
- Ability to float within facility and scope of practice as needed
Key Responsibilities in Atlanta Cath Lab Healthcare Jobs
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures for adult and geriatric patients
- Set up and operate Cath Lab equipment, maintaining proper sterile technique
- Assist with cardiac implant closure devices, stent placements, IABP placement/removal, and advanced cardiovascular procedures
- Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias and life-threatening arrhythmias during procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic charting systems
- Participate in rotating call and weekend coverage as scheduled
- Work major holidays as required by assignment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
