Telemetry RN Job Details – Concord, MA

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 5, 2026 – End: April 4, 2026)
Healthcare Setting: Telemetry/MedSurg Float Pool, Nursing Unit
Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), 3 shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Location: Concord, MA 01742 – Greater Boston area nursing jobs
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880-$2010

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
Minimum 3 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience
Proven Telemetry nursing experience required
Meditech electronic health record experience highly preferred
2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start date
Must pass Telemetry competency test on first day of orientation

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Telemetry/MedSurg Float Pool
Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Meditech
Educate patients and families on health management, cardiac monitoring, and post-discharge care
Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive clinical environment for all patients
