Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM weekdays; rotate every 4th weekend (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Unit: Radiology (Main Building)
• Team: 5 staff during weekdays, 2 on weekends, with backup on-call technologists
• Equipment: C-arms (Philips, Siemens, GE OEC), Carestream portables, Canon & Siemens XR rooms (including two new Canon XR rooms)
• Documentation: Allscripts EMR
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630 - $1750

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Active New Hampshire state license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in operating room (OR) and fluoroscopy procedures

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including fluoroscopy and general radiology exams
• Operate advanced imaging equipment: C-arms, XR rooms, and portable radiology units
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to deliver high-quality patient care
• Accurately document procedures and patient information using Allscripts EMR
• Participate in weekend rotations and on-call backup as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
