Travel CT / Rad Tech Job Details

• Location: Elkhart, Indiana (46514) – Indiana healthcare jobs
• Assignment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist
• Facility Setting: Cath Lab, Level III Trauma Center
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/5/2026 – End: 4/6/2026)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Shift: Day shifts, 5x8-hour (06:00 – 14:30) or 4x10-hour options
• Call Requirements: Every 3rd weekend & 1-2 days/week (late or call)
• Weekend/Holiday: Call only
• Floating: May float to Interventional Radiology (IR) or affiliate hospitals if proficient
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2220-$2380

CT / Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech); first-time travelers welcome
• Active or pending Indiana state license for Radiologic Technologist
• Required Certifications: ARRT (R), ACLS, BLS; RCIS preferred but not required
• Experience with Cerner EMR/charting system
• Previous community hospital experience required
• Ability to complete up to 8 hours of pre-start online modules
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

CT / Rad Tech Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab, including cardiac catheterizations, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions
• Monitor patients and maintain a sterile field during all radiology procedures
• Float to Interventional Radiology (IR) or affiliate hospitals as needed
• Participate in call rotation and respond promptly to emergent cases
• Document all procedures and patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with hospital policies and safety standards
