• Assignment Type: Travel CT / Rad Tech position
• Setting: Interventional Radiology / Cath Lab
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: April 6, 2026
• Duration: 12-week contract
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: 7-8 days per month, including weekends
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2710 - $2920

CT / Rad Tech Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Applied Sciences (ASN or BSN accepted)
• Active ARRT Certification (Radiologic Technologist)
• IEMA Licensure (Illinois radiology jobs requirement)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in an interventional radiology or cath lab (IR, EP lab, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures: PTCA, coronary stenting, intra-aortic balloon placement, pacemaker insertion, atherectomy, IVUS, thrombectomy, FFR/Pressure Wire, sheath management
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical exemptions for COVID-19 considered)
• Ability to complete compliance requirements before start date

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced CT imaging and interventional radiology procedures in a busy cath lab
• Assist with cardiovascular interventions including angioplasty, stenting, and pacemaker insertions
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care throughout procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital standards
