Travel Nursing Job Details

• Position Type: Travel RN Contract – Case Management
• Location: On-site in Baltimore, Maryland (21201) – Maryland nursing jobs
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday–Friday, no weekends)
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,761 – $1,956
• Dress Code: Business casual

RN Case Management Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience (first-time travel nurses welcome)
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Case Management Nurse Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care plans across the continuum of care
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Conduct patient assessments, develop discharge plans, and facilitate transitions of care
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring access to healthcare resources and support services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
