  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Shift: 10 Hour Days (07:00-17:00)
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  • Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs

Registered Nurse Qualifications

  • Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Oncology nursing required)
  • Chemotherapy certification
  • Experience with chemotherapy and biotherapy administration
  • Strong multitasking and flexibility skills
  • Bone Marrow Transplant and Immune Effector Cell Therapy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IV pumps and remote patient monitoring
  • EMR experience (Meditech preferred)

PCU Nurse Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Transplant & Cellular Therapy Clinic
  • Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and stem cell infusions, including pre- and post-care
  • Manage immune effector cell infusions and monitor patient responses
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, medical assistants, and patient care techs
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
  • Float as needed to Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology inpatient units
  • Uphold unit policies and ensure patient safety at all times
