Director of Case Management Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of case management experience in a healthcare setting required
• Proven healthcare leadership experience required
• CCM (Certified Case Manager) certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, or a healthcare-related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Case Management Director Responsibilities
