Experience and Qualifications

• Years of Experience Required: 2 years

• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BCLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Preferred Certifications:

  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Special Skills:

  • Insertion of central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes
  • Post cardiac arrest hypothermia
  • Intubations, code strokes, code STEMIs, code blue team
  • Trauma and pediatric patient care
