Location: Concord, MA 01742
Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
Unit: Float Pool (Telemetry / MedSurg)
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: 36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/12/2026 – End: 4/11/2026)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 3 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Travel nursing experience required
Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records
Must pass Telemetry test on first day of orientation
2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in Telemetry and MedSurg units as a float pool nurse
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical staff for optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document patient care in Meditech EMR
Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
