ER Nurse Job Details

• Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Charge Nurse)
• Location: Beverly, Massachusetts 01915
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/26/2026 – End: 4/25/2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours (Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Previous Charge Nurse experience in an ER setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC equivalency), and TNCC certifications
• Ability to pass day-one onsite pass/fail test and Relias onboarding testing
• Willingness to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Cannot have worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last 6 months

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Lead the Emergency Department team as Charge Nurse during night shifts
• Coordinate patient care and manage regular nursing assignments
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in urgent and emergent situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital when required
