Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or an active multistate Compact RN license
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on-site as a Travel RN
• Strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate acute care to adult patients on the T14 Med/Surg unit during night shifts
• Perform clinical assessments, monitor patient status, and document interventions and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Support patient and family education, transitions of care, and safe discharge processes
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes
