Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details
- Location: Brownwood, Texas (76801)
- Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: March 9, 2026 – End: June 8, 2026)
- Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (07:00 – 17:30)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call: 12-15 days/month (self-scheduled)
- Employment Type: Travel Healthcare Contract
CT / Rad Tech Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or related clinical service line
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS certification required (RCES, CET also accepted)
- Valid Texas state license required if ARRT
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficient in left/right heart cath, PCI, and peripheral procedures
- Previous travel healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to pass facility drug screening (including Marijuana)
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Healthcare Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterizations, device placements, and renal cases
- Assist with left/right heart cath, PCI, pacemaker insertion, stent placement, and peripheral procedures
- Participate in call rotation (12-15 days/month)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with hospital protocols
- Provide clinical care to adult and geriatric patient populations
