Travel RN Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio (44195) – Ohio nursing jobs
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: February 13, 2026
• End Date: May 15, 2026
• Shifts: Rotating Day (7:00am – 7:30pm) and Night (7:00pm – 7:30am), 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry (travel nursing experience accepted)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State license
• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all must be active)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation
• One supervisory reference in the Med/Surg Telemetry specialty required
• Ability to work at least every other holiday

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in orientation and required clinical competency assessments
• Adapt to variable shifts as needed to support hospital operations
