• Facility: Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Contract Length: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Start Date: February 27, 2026
• End Date: May 29, 2026
• Shifts: Rotating Day/Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00am–7:30pm / 7:00pm–7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications from AHA or American Red Cross
• Ability to work every other holiday as needed
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training modules
• Float to other nursing units as needed to support hospital operations
• Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
