• Position: Travel CT Technologist / Rad Tech – Cath Lab (Travel Contract)
• Location: Vero Beach, FL 32960 (On-site) — Treasure Coast / Indian River County
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (April 7, 2026 – July 7, 2026)
• Shift: Days, 4x10-hour shifts (06:30 – 17:00)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $2,030 – $2,190
• Setting: Short Term Acute Care, Teaching Facility — Cath Lab / Interventional Cardiology
• Charting: EPIC
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
• On-Call: Evenings & weekends required (Cath Lab on-call rotation)

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 18 months Cath Lab Tech experience required (2 years preferred) — experience as a CT Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, Cath Lab Tech, or Cardiovascular Technologist preferred
• Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) or RCIS preferred
• Licensure: Valid and active state license/registration as required for your discipline
• Charting: Experience with any electronic charting system required; EPIC experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Must be nicotine-free (negative cotinine test required); COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Flexibility: Able to float within scope to meet department needs and participate in on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in the Cath Lab
• Scrub and circulate during Cath Lab cases, maintain a sterile field, and ensure patient safety
• Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized cardiac imaging and interventional equipment (fluoroscopy, contrast delivery, monitoring systems)
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias and dysrhythmias during procedures
• Document care, procedure details, and patient status accurately in EPIC
• Support peri-procedural workflow, assist recovery, and communicate effectively with the interventional cardiology team
• Complete required modules, orientation, and competency validation prior to start
