Job Details

• Location: Mansfield, TX 76063 (Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex / DFW)
• Job Title: Travel CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab / IR
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 29, 2026)
• Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour days (06:30 – 17:00), rotating day off
• Hours per Week: 40
• On Call: Required (call schedule every 6 weeks)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,380 – $2,550
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Unit Snapshot: 3 procedure rooms, daily census ~12

Required Qualifications / Certifications

• Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) experience as a CT Tech / Rad Tech
• Previous travel assignment experience required (travel imaging technologist jobs preferred)
• ARRT (R) and/or CCI RCIS required; state license required for ARRT (R) where applicable
• ACLS and BLS (AHA preferred, military acceptable)
• Strong sterile technique and scrub tech experience for vascular/coiling/embolization procedures
• Ability to recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias
• Epic charting experience required (Epic experience preferred for Cath Lab tech roles)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Preferred: Previous charge/lead technologist experience; experience with advanced fluoroscopy and vascular closure systems

Key Responsibilities (Cath Lab / IR Technologist)

• Scrub and assist with diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab and IR procedures while maintaining a strict sterile field
• Support coiling, embolization, angiographic and advanced fluoroscopy cases as a Cath Lab tech and IR technologist
• Prepare procedure rooms, set up and maintain equipment, and ensure supplies are stocked and functioning
• Operate and support fluoroscopy workflows and CT imaging as needed; assist with vascular access and closure devices
• Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening arrhythmias and participate in code/rapid response teams
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV, respiratory, pharmacy, and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document procedures accurately in Epic and follow facility protocols for radiation safety and infection control
