• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: 8-hour rotating shifts (Day/Evening); mix of 8s/12s; primary every-other-Saturday 11:00–19:30 with some additional day shifts; flexibility required
• Float Required: Yes — may float to other imaging units
• Setting: Mammography Unit — Hologic Mammo units, EPIC, Visage (breast imaging/diagnostic imaging)
• Transportation: Public transit not accessible — reliable personal or rental vehicle required (all-season or snow tires recommended Nov–Apr)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260–$2,430/week

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• ARRT (M) certification required (Registered Radiologic Technologist – Mammography)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Mammography Tech in a clinical setting
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable) — prior EPIC documentation experience required
• Experience with Hologic mammography systems and image review in Visage preferred
• Ability to float to other imaging modalities as needed
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and rotating shifts
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history required for submission
• Reliable transportation and seasonal tire requirements November–April

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic mammography and breast imaging procedures using Hologic Mammo units
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout imaging appointments
• Accurately document procedures, findings, and patient information in EPIC
• Collaborate with radiologists, breast imaging teams, and healthcare staff to support diagnostic workflows
• Float to other imaging units and assist with cross-coverage as needed
• Maintain imaging equipment, adhere to QA protocols, and follow safety regulations
• Adapt to changing department needs and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling
