• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,420 – $1,490
• Location: Cumming, GA (Forsyth County) — zip 30041
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 18, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am), Monday–Friday — night shift RN
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Unit: 668F Ext Rec – 3rd Floor (Medical-Surgical/Med-Surg)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN
• Note: No local candidates within 50 miles

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Med/Surg or medical-surgical nursing
• Hospital experience required; experience caring for post-operative and surgical patients is a plus
• Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (Recovery specialty preferred; state licensure or compact privileges required)
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills (EMR experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Med/Surg travel nurse in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from surgical procedures and manage post-op care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff) to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely medical records in the EMR
• Respond to emergencies, initiate interventions, and escalate care when needed
