RTO Restrictions: RTO greater than 7 days requires approval
Guaranteed Hours: Y
Special Requirements: ARDMs certification; Types of patients seen: In patients, out patients and ED patients (Level 1 Trauma Center). Experience with PHILLIPS equipment
