Description

Travel RN Opportunity - Emergency Department

Location: Lafayette, Indiana

Position Details

Specialty: Emergency Room RN
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Call Requirements: None
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS (TNCC preferred)
Experience with patients across the lifespan

Unit Information

Unit: Emergency Department
Number of Beds: 32
Patient Ratios: 1:4 standard; higher ratio for low acuity patients
Patient Types: Medical, injured, mental health
Preferred Experience: Trauma care across the lifespan
Equipment: Level I fluid warmer
EMR System: Epic

Work Environment & Culture

Team player personality fit
Dress code: Navy scrubs required; follow facility dress code guidelines

Additional Information

No float requirements
Onboarding includes assigned education modules prior to first day
Reporting location: Hospital through South Entrance
