Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Laredo, Texas
Facility Type: 326-bed licensed acute care facility
Employment Type: Travel

Start Dates

10/20, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 12/15, 12/29

Schedule

Days, Monday to Friday
8 AM to 5 PM
Rotating weekends
No call required
No 48-hour guarantee
Biweekly hours: 72
No block scheduling

Patient Ratio

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for OT license in Texas
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Prefer 1 to 2 years of staff OT experience (new graduates may apply)
Experience with PPS system is a plus
Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility

Job Description

Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of the director
Work within an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional qualifications, practices, and ethical standards

Additional Information

Scrubs of any color are acceptable
Employee file must be completed and submitted the Monday before orientation to ensure all paperwork, licensure, and certifications are reviewed
