Description

Operating Room Tech (CST/ORT) - Travel Position

Location: Portland, Maine

Position Details

Specialty: Operating Room (CST)
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
Weekend Requirement: 1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
Call Requirement: One overnight trauma call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM); specialty team call schedules apply for Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho teams
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Education & Certifications

Required: CNOR preferred

Number of Beds: 26
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
EMR System: Epic

Skills & Experience

Must Have: Level 1 trauma experience
Preferred: General surgery, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, endovascular

Work Environment & Culture

Patient Type: Operating Room patients
Personality Fit: Flexible, accountable, timely, team player
Dress Code: Teal scrubs issued by hospital
