Job Opportunity Summary for Healthcare Recruiters and Workers

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Hours:

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
• 36 hours per week
• Weekends and holidays required
• No block scheduling; must work every other weekend at minimum

Experience and Skills Required:

• Level 1 trauma experience with inpatient acute care
• Peripheral IV skills (must start IV on all outpatients)
• Required travel experience; no first-time travelers
• Must have an associate degree in Chemistry (required for point-of-care testing) — certificate programs not accepted

Equipment Requirements:

• Experience with GE Hi Def or Revolution imaging systems (top of the line) required
• Toshiba preferred

Other Requirements:

• Flu vaccination required prior to start
• Orientation held weekly on Mondays (except holidays)
• All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be submitted at time of application
• Candidates who have worked for this health system as permanent or per diem staff within the last 6 months must have a 6-month separation before being considered

This position is suitable for healthcare professionals with trauma and acute care experience, strong IV skills, and prior travel assignments.
