Description

MRI Tech - Travel Position

Location: Kingston, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Days/Mids)
Call: No call required
Work Setting: Hospital coverage for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room imaging

Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of MRI tech experience
ARRT and MR certification required
BLS and CPR certification required
Experience with GE and Siemens MRI machines is a plus
Preferred but not required: Graduate of an accredited AMA school, registered with ARRT, holds Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT, and maintains a State License as a general radiographer

Responsibilities

Provide timely imaging services under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
Adjust imaging parameters for studies of soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities
Perform imaging with or without the use of contrast media
