Radiology / Cardiology Travel/Contract Position

Location: Bartonsville, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Position requires ability to perform both X-Ray and CT imaging.
• Traveler will float between X-Ray and CT units.
• Equipment used includes:

  • CT GE Maxima
  • XR GE Definium Tempo
  • XR GE portable
• No on-call required.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Qualifications

• Certifications required:

  • ARRT (CT)
  • ARRT (R)
  • BLS
• Education:

  • Technical School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited Radiography program.
• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Minimum 1 year as a CT Technologist.
• Skills:

  • Ability to perform all imaging exams on patients of all ages, adapting to various protocols.
  • Preferred: Knowledge and skills to perform venipuncture.
• Preferred Education:

  • Associate’s Degree in Health Science or related program.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs.
