CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Wilson, North Carolina

Position Details

• Specialty: CT Technologist
• Employment Type: Travel
• Location: Wilson, NC (45 miles east of Raleigh)
• Facility Size: 294 beds, Trauma Level 2
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours:

  • 40 hours for 2nd and 3rd shifts and Monday-Friday day shift
  • 36 hours for weekend days (Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Call Requirements: Every 4th weekend, Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM (applies to 2nd, 3rd, and M-F day shifts)

Facility & Work Environment

• Joint Commission Accredited hospital offering cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more.
• Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
• Equipment: GE imaging equipment
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) system: Meditech (experience preferred)
• Orientation offered bi-weekly with upcoming start dates available.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications: CT Registered Technologist, BLS required
• Experience: Prefer at least 1 year of CT experience
• Education: Associate’s degree required
• Skills:

  • Must have: BLS, IV insertion, 3D post-processing
  • Preferred: Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills
• Dress Code: Scrubs of any color; tee shirts without lab coat are not acceptable

• The position is located near major universities (Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, East Carolina University) and local attractions such as Lake Wilson and Fleming Stadium.
• Candidates must be located 60 miles or more away to qualify for travel status.
