Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Manistee, Michigan
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Afternoon (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Holidays: No holiday shifts required
• On-Call: No
• Overtime: Available after 40 hours, no guaranteed hours

Responsibilities

• Primarily perform CT scans
• Assist with x-rays as needed

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associates in Applied Science of Radiology
• Certifications:

  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
• Preferred Certifications: ARRT CT Certification
• EMR System: Cerner
• Scrubs: Any color

Experience Requirements

• No explicit years of experience stated; assume standard competency for CT Technologist role

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Proof of vaccination or positive titer for MMR and Varicella
• Influenza vaccine required from November 1 through April 30 (medical/religious exemptions allowed with approval)
• TB test: Negative T-spot or QuantiFERON preferred within last 6 months, or 2-step skin test within last 6 months
• Fit for Duty statement completed within 1 year of start date
• Drug screen results within 90 days prior to start
• Criminal background check including 7-year national criminal, sex offender, and FACIS Level 3 searches within 90 days prior to start
• Social Security verification and card required
• Core competency exams (OSHA & JC) and skill-specific competencies required
• Professional verifications including education, employment (previous 2 employers), and professional references (minimum 2, attestations not accepted)
• Emergency contact form and healthcare system agreement to be completed

• Must have a valid Driver's License or State ID
• Must submit a badge photo (shoulder/headshot with plain background)
• All verifications and screenings must be current and completed prior to start
• No prior travel experience explicitly required for this position
