Description

Travel RN - MS/Telemetry

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

Provide patient care on MS/Telemetry unit using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe care delivery.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel.
Float pool position: must be willing to float between departments and multiple facilities.

Requirements

Must have Telemetry experience.
Arizona RN license.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MS/Telemetry specialty.
Ratio: 6 patients per nurse.
EMR system: Cerner.

Schedule & Contract

Duration: 13 weeks.
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3 shifts per 12-day cycle.
Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.

Note: Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
