Travel RN Medical/Surgical Position

Location: Willoughby, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Required Experience

  • Positive PPD: Clear chest x-ray and annual TB questionnaire required; chest x-rays valid for 5 years
  • Fit Test: Completed within 1 year of start; specific mask types accepted

  • Core Competencies: Includes HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA topics; 80% passing score required; completed within 1 year prior to start
  • Skills Checklist: Clinical skill-specific checklist completed within 1 year prior to start (initial hire only)

Additional Requirements

  • Physical/Health Statement: Pre-employment physical exam within 1 year of start stating ability to work without restrictions
  • UHS I-9 Attestation: Proof of eligibility to work required
  • UHS Badge Photo: Recent headshot required
