Job Details

• Start Dates: 1/12, 1/19, 1/26
• Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (may change based on manager needs)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiology/Cardiology specialty
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Required Certifications

• ARRT (CT) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or ARC only
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA or ARC only (required for certain departments)
• Other certifications may be required depending on assignment (e.g., PALS, NRP) but not specifically for this role

Licensing

• No Tennessee state license required for CT Techs assigned to Tennessee locations; only national certification required
• If assigned to Mississippi locations, a Mississippi state license is required

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 60 days of start including statewide, county, federal searches, and education verification
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and annually thereafter
• Sex offender search and Tennessee Adult Abuse Registry search (for TN facilities)
• Education verification required (diploma/transcript not accepted in lieu)

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, attesting ability to meet job demands
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually
• Proof of immunizations or titers for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (3-shot series, positive titer, or declination)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Negative 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start (no pending compliance accepted)
• Fit test for 3M N-95 mask within 1 year of start (required for some tech roles)

Documentation and Other Requirements

• Two recent professional references required
• Skills checklist and internal evaluation may be required for contract extensions or agency tenure over one year
• Photo for badge must meet strict guidelines (passport-style, no hats, no glasses with glare, etc.)
• Facility-specific dress code:

  • CT Techs: Ceil blue top and pants, optional white lab coat or matching scrub jacket
  • No prints or embroidered scrubs allowed

Additional Notes

• All travelers must submit Return to Office (RTO) restrictions at time of submission
• No pending licenses or credentials accepted
• Locals within 50 miles are not accepted for this travel role
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
