Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel/Contract)

Location: Laurinburg, North Carolina

Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Start Date: Mid January

Requirements

• Certification: ARRT (CT) required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years required, 3 years preferred in specialty
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required (first-time travelers are welcome)
• Local Candidates: Accepted within a 50-mile radius

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Background Check: 7-year criminal check within a year of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
• Education Verification or Diploma/Transcript for highest degree obtained
• State License Verification (Primary Source Verification)
• NURSYS Verification (for RNs, if applicable)
• Drug Testing: 9 Panel Drug Screen within a year of start
• Physical Exam: Physician statement within last 12 months
• Immunizations and Titers: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• COVID-19 Vaccine or approved Medical/Religious exemption required
• Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years required for travel positions
• Skills Checklist and Competency Exams as applicable, updated annually

Certifications (as applicable)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• NIH Stroke Certification (check unit requirements)
• Other facility-specific certifications and acknowledgements

Additional Notes

• Candidates must complete facility-specific orientation packets and post-tests prior to start
• Flu exemptions require specific forms and may require mask-wearing during flu season
• Drug screening may include an additional onsite test
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a different pay rate

This position is ideal for CT Technologists with ARRT certification looking for a mid-length travel assignment with a stable weekday schedule. Prior travel experience is not mandatory, making it suitable for first-time travelers.
