Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Job - Bel Air, Maryland

Position Details

  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start

  • Maryland State Exclusions List check within 30 days of start
  • Felony history reviewed; felonies within 5 years are automatic decline

Health Requirements

  • Physical exam within 1 year of start (including Latex Screen)
  • Fit mask test within 1 year of start
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination required (full Tdap for Family Birthplace and related units)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility protocol; updated annually
  • Required immunizations or positive titers for:
    • Rubeola (Measles)
    • Mumps
    • Rubella
    • Hepatitis B (positive titer or declination accepted)
    • Varicella
  • Negative 9 or 10 panel drug screen within 30-45 days of start (instant tests not accepted)
  • Flu vaccine or medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct-Mar)
  • COVID vaccine not required for this location but documentation collected for tracking

References and Work History

  • Two professional references required within 1 year of start (one must be supervisor/manager or charge RN)
  • Previous 5 years of employment history verification required; attestation accepted if necessary
  • Agency application/resume must be completed within 30 days of start
