• Unit: All Units (Main Campus)
• Number of Beds: 815
• Patient Ratios: 1:40
• Staffing: Unit secretaries and tech availability across all units
• Documentation Systems: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
• Scheduling: Self-schedule
• Floating Policy: Floating where needed
• Dress Code: Business attire

• Ability to work collaboratively with RN Case Managers
• Strong documentation skills

• Ability to shift attention between tasks effectively
• Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families
