Radiology Technician - Silver Spring, Maryland

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Evening shift, every other weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Credentials & Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
  American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel. Must provide front and back images of the card.

• License/Certificate Verification
  Must be dated within 30 days of start. Online verification with machine-generated date required.

• Fit Test

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  Required for RNs in Birth Center (if applicable).

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

• Drug Screen
  Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days). Must include specific substances and have MRO signature. No THC allowed.

• COVID-19 Vaccine
  Proof of vaccine with booster by Sept 2025, declination or exemption accepted (except CA or IL).

• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab results.

• Hepatitis B
  Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted.

• Influenza Vaccine
  Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption for flu season 10/1/2024-4/30/2025 (and 10/1/2025-4/30/2026).

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  TB testing with chest x-ray if positive (within last year for some states, within 5 years for others).

• Varicella
  Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab results.

• Physical/Health Statement
  Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
