Unit Information

Unit: Transplant & Cellular Therapy Clinic
Beds: 14 exam rooms, 21 infusion bays, 5 treatment rooms
Staffing: 18 staff members
- Day Shift includes:
  - 1 Front Office RN
  - 4 Office RNs
  - 2 Medical Assistants
  - 2 Fast Track RNs
  - 4 Infusion RNs
  - 1 Infusion Room CNC
  - 1 Infusion Room PCT
Patient Ratios:
- Office RN: 10:1
- Infusion RN: 6:1
Equipment: IV Pumps, Remote Patient Monitoring
EMR System: Meditech

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Specialty Experience: 1 year
Must Have:
- Oncology background
- Chemotherapy experience
Preferred:
- Bone Marrow Transplant experience
- Immune Effector Cell Therapy experience

Typical Procedures

Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Administration
Stem Cell Infusion (pre and post care)
Immune Effector Cell Infusion and patient management

Certifications & Licenses

Registered Nurse License (RN)
BLS Certification
Chemotherapy Certification (required)

Work Environment & Expectations

Floating Areas: Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology Inpatient Units
Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs
Schedule: Every other weekend shifts
