Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel)

Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Summary

• Travel assignment as a CT/Radiology Tech with some on-call requirements.
• Must be willing and able to perform both CT and X-ray exams independently.
• Work hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with on-call coverage including weekends and holidays.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Radiology Tech License required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT Tech specialty
• Experienced in all aspects of diagnostic radiology, including OR, fluoro, interventional cases, trauma, and portable cases.
• Advanced skills with MEDITECH and PACS documentation systems preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all CT exams and procedures independently.
• Perform diagnostic x-rays and all diagnostic radiology procedures and exams.

Work Environment & Equipment

• Unit: Radiology, located on the first floor of the main building.
• Equipment used includes GE and KONICA imaging systems.
• Documentation systems: MEDITECH and CENTRICITY PACS.
• Dress code: Black scrubs required.
