Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Travel/Contract Position

Location: Saint Marys, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 13 weeks as specified)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Call Requirements:

• Every 4th weekend (7 PM - 7 AM, Friday through Sunday)
• 1 holiday per contract (24-hour call)
  Floating: Required as needed within scope

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Radiology / Cardiology specialty
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required (first-time travelers accepted)

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AART (American Association of Radiologic Technologists)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) recommended for RRTs and RNs in acute care settings
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) recommended for RRTs and RNs in acute care settings
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) preferred for RRTs

Background Checks & Compliance

• Criminal background check within 6 months of start (FCRA compliant 7-year search)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check required
• HHS/OIG check required
• Fingerprinting (BCI and FBI) within 6 months of start, updated annually
• Fingerprint clearance attestation required within 6 months of start
• Candidates can start with fingerprint results pending but must complete prior to start

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Pre-employment physical exam within 30 days of start
• Fit test to be completed onsite during orientation
• Tdap immunization within 10 years of start (facility-specific declination allowed)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 30 days of start (2-step PPD, T-Spot, or QGold)
• Annual TB questionnaire and symptoms assessment if history of positive TB
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters required if negative/equivocal
• Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters required if negative/equivocal
• Hepatitis B: Titer, proof of vaccine series, or signed declination
• Seasonal Flu vaccination required annually (declinations NOT accepted except for medical or religious exemptions with facility-specific forms)
• COVID-19 vaccination: Fully vaccinated with 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson; declinations accepted with facility-specific exemption forms
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (including THC)

Facility Specific Requirements

• Photo for badge: Headshot on white background, no hats or head coverings
• Annual orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Annual skills checklist
• Facility-specific confidentiality statement and various exemption forms for flu and COVID-19 as applicable

Additional Notes

• Locals are not allowed; radius restriction of 50 miles applies
• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
