Job Description

  • Hybrid CT and diagnostic role in a small neighborhood hospital.
  • Overnight technologist covers both CT and diagnostic departments.

Background Checks & Compliance

  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required upon hire.
  • Pennsylvania-specific fingerprinting required within 90 days of start (PA Department of Human Services).
  • State-specific searches including:
    • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Search (within 90 days of start).
    • Pennsylvania PATCH Search Results (within 90 days).
    • Pennsylvania Medicheck Search Results (within 30 days).

Health & Immunization Requirements

  • Physical exam within 2 months of start.
  • Fit mask test completed onsite (not required for 100% remote).
  • TDAP vaccine within 10 years of start.
  • Negative TB test or chest x-ray as per guidelines (annual updates not required).
  • Required immunizations or positive titers for:
    • Rubeola (Measles)
    • Mumps
    • Rubella
    • Hepatitis B (positive antibody titer or completed vaccine series; declinations not accepted)
    • Varicella
  • Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 60 days of start (9-panel without THC also acceptable). Annual updates not required. Observed drug screens required if initial test is dilute.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required or signed declination with facility-specific form.
  • Seasonal flu vaccination required for new candidates starting October through May unless a declination is completed and approved.
  • Respirator safety clearance required for candidates starting 04/07/2025 and beyond, with annual medical clearance.
